Sony Unveils New Bravia LCD TVs
Sony has unveiled its new range of Bravia LCD TVs which are compatible with a number of high definition sources.
The Bravia S4000 series will be available with a maximum 40-inch screen size, which will feature the latest-generation Bravia Engine 2 signal technology, which the company claims offer "pictures with breathtaking detail and true-to-life color".
High-definition sources including Sony products like the Blu-ray disc player, the Playstation 3 and a Handycam are all compatible with the S4000 series.
All models of the new LCD TVs feature three HDMI sockets to allow simple connectivity with HD sources.
George Damigos, general manager of marketing at TV operations for Sony Europe, said the Bravia S4000 would "enhance any living room".
"Looks aside, the S4000 series is a great value way for everyone to enjoy fabulous HD pictures and sound without compromising on serious features and performance," he added.
Sony recently launched its Bravia Internet Video Link service which attaches to the back of flat-panel TVs.
The service allows videos from the internet to be viewed on a Bravia LCD TV, with YouTube being the latest service to sign up for the service.
