Lenovo Tops IT Customer Satisfaction Study
Computer manufacturer Lenovo has been named the number one PC manufacturer in the Technology Business Research's (TBR) first quarter of 2008 Notebook IT Buying Behaviour and Customer Satisfaction Study.
The rankings are determined from opinions of over 600 large business customers in the US and Canada.
Lenovo was commended highly by TBR for its ThinkPad X300 notebook which is said to "set the standard in the industry for innovation".
TBR also praised Lenovo for its customer services, in terms of phone support and the speed of repairs provided by the company. It also praised the manufacturer for increasing the speed of its product delivery.
Chris Askew, senior vice president for Lenovo, said the company focuses on solving any customer issues quickly and effectively.
"We've made considerable progress in these areas and will continue to go beyond customer expectations as we work to establish the standard in world-class services," he added.
Lenovo recently launched its new range of IdeaPad notebook PCs which won three Best of Show awards at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show.
