Lenovo Gives Customers 'Peace of Mind'
Lenovo has launched a new incentive for customers, offering them 'Peace of Mind'.
The new initiative, which is applicable to all consumers who purchased selected Lenovo computers between the 15th April and the 30th May 2008, offers a free warranty upgrade from one year up to three years.
Models such as the Lenovo IdeaPad Y510, Y410 Snowmountain series and the Lenovo IdeaCentre K200 desktop are included in the Peace of Mind deal.
Anil Philip, executive director of transaction business for Lenovo India explained the company was planning a marketing campaign to promote the offer to consumers.
He said: "This service offer is another step in our objective to delight customers with a consistent experience of high-quality service and support.
"It is a first of its kind in the industry and is intended to provide a hassle-free ownership experience for our customers."
Lenovo recently launched its new IdeaPad U110 laptop PC, which is part of the company's new entertainment and fashion-orientated collection.
