Apple Announces Conference Sell-Out
Apple has confirmed that its Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) has sold out.
The company has announced that chief executive of Apple, Steve Jobs, will open the conference with a keynote address.
An Apple spokesman told Macworld that for those people unable to attend the WWDC, videos of the sessions will be available on iTunes to purchase after the close of the conference.
"Response to this year's WWDC has been off the charts and we are delighted with the show of enthusiasm and support from the developer community for the new iPhone SDK," he added.
The WWDC will feature sessions on how to write applications for the iPhone and will offer developers the opportunity to explore the new iPhone 2.0 software.
According to the Washington Post, the event will discuss the upcoming iPhone software release and in the opening address keynote speaker Steve Jobs is anticipated to unveil the 3G iPhone.
